The holidays are over and it feels like it’s time to get comfy and hunker down. But, you should sneak out to the winter market for some supplies to make your den just right. In honor of Halloween and all our hard work outdoors, there will be Old Bones Tea Blend. sampling and selling it unsweetened or sweetened with Hot Chocolate! I did some more research on Irish food, drink, and herbs for St. Patrick’s Day. The main meats are chicken, pork and lamb. Yes, the main veggies are different potatoes, carrots, and swedes (rutabagas)! When it comes to the Irish drinks, they like Guinness beer, Jameson, and black tea. So I made some Irish Lamb seasoning for a special of the day. I had to go back to the Celts to see herbs. So, you can pick up a printout of the Celtic “bright ” meanings of herbs. We had a great time at the Missoula Valley Winter Market. There were some exclusive products we brought out just for the occasion. Not to worry, we’ll keep some for this week, though we’ll be focusing on Irish and Celtic herbs for St. Patrick’s Day. We’ll keep ya posted!
