A Wee Bit of Luck for this Weekend

I did some more research on Irish food, drink, and herbs for St. Patrick’s Day.    The main meats are chicken, pork and lamb. Yes, the main veggies are different potatoes, carrots, and swedes (rutabagas)! When it comes to the Irish drinks, they like Guinness beer, Jameson, and black tea. So I made some Irish Lamb seasoning for a special of the day. I had to go back to the Celts to see herbs. So, you can pick up a printout of the Celtic “bright ” meanings of herbs. Check out our booth at the Missoula Valley Winter Market 9-2. Serving up some herbal tea too…join us!
