Spring and Easter are Here!

Spring and Easter are here!! I’m sorry my littlest grandson is allergic to eggs because I love them! Ironically, our French Veggie Herbs are so good with everything egg. I enjoy sprinkling them in with the scrambled egg mix for an easy gourmet touch. If you miss the Missoula Valley Winter Market, check us out at the Crafting Room Tues – Fri this week.

Five more days till the New Year…

January is when the Christmas giving is over and it’s time for giving to ourself, right? It feels weird to not have much snow, but coming home from shopping the other day, it was faint, but I saw a rainbow pointing down to our neighborhood! I’m hoping great things for Big Sky Herbs in 2026! Instead of doing weekly markets I’m working on a remodel for the Crafting Room/ Store.  Watch as I get the online store up to date too! See the monthly newsletter for more…in five days!        penidabetpenidabet

What’s this Herb for?

Every week brings something new to the garden. It’s hard to decide what fresh herbs to bring. I grow both culinary and wellness tea herbs, about 140 in all. You’ll see 2 bunches of 12 culinary and 20 wellness tea herbs. I’ll be bunching herbs according to themes and use. If you don’t see what your looking for, just ask! See us at CFRM 8-1.

There’s just too much!

See the 5 gallon bucket in the background? We call it Sweet Oregano or Wild Marjoram. This oregano puts a slightly sweet but savory undertone to everything…meat and veggies included. The other wonderful thing about it is that it is antimicrobial so it helps our immune system. I’m so glad to have enough to give bunches away for free! You can also  pick up recipes, and more info about Oregano at our booth at Clarkfork River Market. While supplies last! hk pools asli penidabet penidabet link
