June at Big Sky Herbs
Transition into a healthy Summer
Lots of craziness is going on in the garden! Most of the planting and seeding will happen throughout the second week of June. Missoula is so beautiful this time of year, and being out in the garden is so therapeutic. If you need a STRESS FIX, join me! This month we’ll be doing the market 6/20 only, just before the Summer Solstice and Father’s Day and before the Missoula Marathon on June 28. You can get some herbal grillin’ kits that master griller dad will love and there are some things for the runner’s feet, as well as a few teas to help in the recovery. See everything at:
https://big-sky-herbs.square.site. My Crafting Room/Shop will be open! (See hours below) Sunday afternoon is your Volunteer Learning Session and will include a short stretching exercise to make the time a little enjoyable. Yep, it feels so good! When the joints and muscles scream a little, I reach for the Old Bones Blend and it calms thing down, along with a foot bath. Aw, June in Montana is beautiful!
Spread the Herb,
Lori
